Air pollution (dark smoke)

The chimney behind this large apartment building at No. 85 belches out black 'dark smoke' and the prevailing winds often bring this pollution down Redburn Street. I have recent photographs which will post to the relevant office.

The Clean Air Act of 1993 confirmed the illegality of dark smoke in this area. This has been going on for quite a while, and has not been resolved despite several complaints to the relevant Council department in the last two years.
