It has been several winters that Glebe Gardens have been dark and dangerous here - there are two posts with no lamps on top of them. I reported them by phone a few months ago but the person at HCC didn't seem to understand the location without a street name. This route is used by many pedestrians, cyclists and students and it's often too dark to see the path.
