A white ford transit van reg N551 HNW HAS BEEN OUTSIDE 30 HOLLY BANK ROAD FOR OVER A MONTH. It has not moved and appears to have been abandoned. It is obscuring my view as i try to leave my drive on what is a very dangerous road.
