Dog poo bags littered all over garden square

Sent to Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council less than a minute later

There are no boxes to dispose of them so people leave them on the road by the pavement, aournd tree-disgusting and unsightly. it is a growing problem. people not even picking up after the dogs in the winter - signs dont work. they never have and it gets much worse in the winter.
