Fly tipping

There seems to be a constantly replenished pile of rubbish (e.g. old sofas etc) at this point. Please can it be (a) cleaned up (b) monitored. Thank you.

The original pile of sofas and tv's has been moved. Thank you. But as of yesterday it was replaced by a different pile of rubbish bags.
