There is a water leak directly outside The Vale Medical Centre entrance. Water is leaking all over the pavement.

Council telephoned me to tell me to use the Thames Water leak line. I duly telephoned the number and after hanging on for someone to answer gave up after 25 minutes. the leak is still there. Does the council not have a more direct route to this un-contactable company?

Thames Water came out over Christmas and fixed the leak. All sorted now. Well done Thames Water. Stuart
