Litter and alleyway

On the right hand side when entering Hurstwood A venue from Eversley Avenue, if you walk up a bit there is an alleyway. For a while now it has been unmonitored and has become a place for dumping rubbish, is very unhygienic and is an eyesore, please could you sort this out, also the general cleanliness of this street is bad, litter is a problem. Thank you
