Burning

Sent to Ashford Borough Council and Kent County Council 2 minutes later

Resident burning garden waste and causing whole area to be smothered in smoke. Any consideration for asthmatics? If I lit a cigarette that caused that much smoke I would probably be arrested. Inconsiderate and unnecessary, does the council regulate burning?
