20Ton Comerial Skip lorry parking on small residential street

I am writing to report a large 20Ton+ 4 axel comercial skip lorry which has parked on our narrow residential street a number of times, (between 2 and 4 times a week) for the last 2 months. The lorry driver does not live on our street and is using it as a lorry park over night. The size of the lorry causes access problems for residents and also posses a safety risk as the road is very tight and has 2 90deg bends with lots of parked cars.
