Dog fouling in Garnett Avenue.

I Have cleaned up dog fouling,out side of my house.(Garnett Avenue) Three time within the last 24hrs.(11/11/08) And this morning,(12/11/08)I saw a woman and child,who had a small dog which was fouling out of my house.they did not pick it up,the woman lives in Terence Avenue.So you would think,she would try to keep the area clean. This is a big problem in this area,I hope you can sort it out.I would like to add,that I have a dog myself.And its not hard to clean up,when they foul.Thank you Don.

the dog fouling is still happening,this time it was outside of number 12.
