Pavement parking

Pacement parking here cause people with pushchairs to go into the road when walking to school. Pavement is for pedestrians NOT cars.

Got a reply from the local Council saying it was not their issue and is a police matter. The police don't care they have better things to do then move cars parked in the pavement. This IS a Council issue and ABC need to wake up and deal with it! Been forced into the road twice last week with the pushchair due to pavement parkers!
