Untaxed, Uninsured, UnMOTed Vehicle

Hi, The owner 10 Stevens Road, Dagenham, does not have any tax, insurance or MOT on his vehicle. He has been driving this vehicle for several years now. He is driving the vehicle with a Lithuanian registration of CRZ459. This is a big danger to the British people and drivers on the road. Please do something about this. It is not fair on other British drivers who pay their full road tax, insurance and MOT. This is the only 1 vehicle being reported. However, there are thousands of Lithuanian / Eastern European vehicles on the road without road tax, insurance and MOT. Please take the first step in tackling this crime. Thank you.
