Dangerous traffic junction near school

Reported in the Roads/highways category by Dr Dijen Basu at 20:06, Mon 10 November 2008
Sent to Kensington and Chelsea Borough Council 5 minutes later

The junction of Queen's Gate and Harrington Road is very difficult to cross because there is no point when there is no traffic travelling north up Queen's Gate. Numerous children cross the road at various points in the day, especially in the morning and mid-afternoon. There really ought to be a pelican crossing here to give pedestrians (including children) a fair chance to cross safely.
