Broken Fence

The fence around Norfolk Sq has been damaged (again) by HGVs trying to pass. It is dangerous as is could now cause injury to cars or passers by.

The broken portion of the fence has been removed. I suspect this was the cheapest option as no funds available to repair things.

The Council will not repair this as they have no money. So it will be left as it is.
