No numbers plate on flats

Flats numbered 3/9a brow edge, newchurch, bb47tt, have the plate removed several years ago. due to the layout of the road, the above mentioned flats are very difficult for people to find, every time wehave a delivery the driver has to ring from the road to ask where the flats are, even new post men have to ask the residents. the council were informed in may if this year and 3 times since
