Speeding and double yellow line parking

To whom it may concern.. our road has become a rat run between the two main roads top and bottom of us.this is a quiet road yet we have many cars and large lorries speeding up and down also there is always parking on the double yellow lines at the corner of our road where it meets the sea road because of the cafe on the corner..our road has become an accident waiting to happen!

the problem still exists.. the worst problem is the parking on double yellow lines at the end of the road where it joins the sea road a259,because of the cafe cars even park on the pavement!!!
