Herne Bay Memorial Park Liughting and security

There are at least two lights broken in the park and the security cameras are not fully opertional or functioning. Very concerning as a commuter travelling home through the park, particularly as the nights are drawing in.

One Month on I have not received a response from wither Council. Writen to Councillors Jean Law and David Hirst for support
