Dog fouling is constant and persistant on a daily basis all along millgate loan, and in particular outside the primary school. Certain dog owners that live in the nearby council flats have no regards or respect to other members of the public and that they are breaking the law by not cleaning up afterwards. Some dog owners freely let their dogs foul the pavement and when challenged over it just ignore it and walk away. I have never seen a dog warden in this area for a number of years now.

Updates
i received an email from Angus Council stating that they had acknowledged my comments forwarded to them by 'FixMyStreet.' However they stated that they could not read my comments due to the Council computers not being able to get onto sites such as 'FixMyStreet.' Since then there has been absloyely no action taken by the Council and the dog fouling problem is still as bad. Having read the letter pages in the local newspaper it appears that dog fouling problems are abundant throughout the town and people are asking if there is such a thing as a dog warden employed by the council.
