Shed with Tenants

House number 10 of Stevens Road, Dagenham has a shed recently built. They have tenants living in the shed with full amenities. They have had no planning permission from the council for this, or even to build this massive church looking shed. Tenants are nuisance, throwing rubbish and cans/bottles of beer in the green verge. It is worse when they have their friends/relatives visiting, which happens nearly everyday of the week. Owner and Tenants are from Lithuania.Please get rid of the shed and tenants asap. Thank you.
