Big mess!

There is a big dog mess problem in North Cornelly, (pardon the pun). I walked to the post office from Heol Maendy just yesterday and decided to count along the way, and there were 11 loads of dog mess on the footpath! That's not even including whatever is in the grass, that's JUST the footpath! You literally have to dodge them, and if you're pushing a pram or pulling a shopping trolly forget it! Could local residents be warned of not cleaning up after their dogs and also about letting loose dogs run about? There are several of those as well in that area.
