Untaxed car

This person has been using his car for about 3 months without car tax. It is a maroon Ford Escort Reg R909 BDA. He uses it for work so evening are the best time to view or take action. He lives at 3 Risedale Road.

I feel its a waste of my time reporting this resident who has an un taxed car and drives it every day to work. The council has no interest, the police have no interest, and the DVLA have not been out to take this car off the street

The same person that I reported for not taxing his car has now purchased another car, and guess what .... this car is not taxed. What happens what I report this teenager. Nothing ! They lnow that nothing will happen thats why they keep breaking the law, as for web sites ( ie DVLA )trying to resolve these issue, they also fail the the people who report the issue.
