Usual annual fly tipping

As usual the "bonfire site" bottom of Albert st Millom, is being used as a fly tip, it started with the first small items last Sunday and to day it has grown it includes black bin bags and the usual sofas etc. I report this every year but the council sees no difference in the start of the fire and fly tipping
