Dog fouling getting bigger problem

Despite having spoken to the Dog Warden in the past and having reported the dog fouling on a number of occasions the problem is continuing and getting worse. Residents on Rostle Top Road are getting very annoyed

The problem persists. I for one am sick and tired of walking out of my gate and into dog excrement. It's absolutely filthy, and goodness knows what bacteria ios being trodden into the houses. Little concern shown by council - we don't see a dig warden. Street, pavement etc is not cleaned. Get your act together Pendle Council and show us some action, just talking about the problem does not solve it! We pay you a wage for your "services" so start earning it and get cleaning and being tough on the culprits
