Dog fouling ect on the pavement on the grass and urine on our house wall,when the windows are open you can smell the dogs urine ect through the windows,can we have a notice on our wall or on the lampost out side our side gate,warning people to please pick up there dogs mess,and try to make there dog urinate in the road many thanks be lucky,brian bean.
