Pot holes and blocked drains

Really big pot hole on Fidlas Rd where it joins Fidlas Ave, lookslike the temp repair that was done recently hasnt lasted, lots of stones being thrown up. Also the storm drain in Fidlas Ave is blocked on the corners resulting in huge puddles which are constantly splashing the passers by
