Rotten bench

There is a bench that is rotten and unused at the junction of Rochdale Road and Bacup Road under Gauxholme arches near the billboard.

The area is generally untidy, damp and unused. I would suggest removing the bench entirely and just tidying up the area.

Still not fixed, but now the bench is missing the seat.
