Brambles at Bridge End

The path alongside the road at Bridge End past the zebra crossing at Shade is bordered by an overgrowth of rough grass and brambles. Could these please be cut back or possibly replaced with more attractive planting?

Perhaps ask Todmorden in Bloom to plant something - bulbs?
