Sick of dog muck

We walk to school every morning down rockhill drive and there is dog fouling all the way down that road and all the way down to school ,it looks like same person takes there dog everyday at sometime as its fresh dog muck every morning ,its getting ridiculus the kids having to keep there eyes looking down so they dont tread in it ,please do something about it as its not very nice, the thing is we could walk the longer way round ,but why shuold we when its only down to someone who cannot pick there dog muck up , thankyou .
