6/8 Maughan Street - Broken windows and rubbish

Sent to Blyth Valley Borough Council and Northumberland County Council 5 minutes later

Property on west side of Maughan street has rubbish in bags accumulating on roof of extension (dumped from upstairs flat?) Downstairs property has broken windows and appears abandoned.
