Flytipping in Cobden Street

We have a problem of flytipping in Cobden Street, it started June/July.A van speeds up the road at varying times, early hours of the morning, even daytime. I have yet to catch him and make a note of his registration number,before his gone, but I hear him. It's usually old furniture items, beds, mattresses, etc. But the last tip is old engine oil and household waste. Located in several areas in the carpark.As soon as I catch him I will be shopping him !
