PERSISTENT DOG FOULING outside Sunset House.

There is persistent dog fouling outside our house, both gates. My husband is severely visually impaired so it is impossible for him to go outside our gates until I have gone out first to check for dog mess. This is a continuing problem and unfortunately we have never seen the culprits doing the deed. I have never photographed it and we spray the ground regularly but seemingly to no avail. Any advice or help would be much appreciated.

I've ticked "Don't know" because I can't really say it's been fixed. The BFBC Dog Warden called as a result of your efforts (thank you),but unfortunately he could only let me have some notices to put up because we don't know who the culprits are. However, this is better than before so we're trying that.
