Rest of street needs attention too!

We daily get the Streetcare team only picking up rubbish outside the shops on Briardale Road - the opposite side of the street (and the rest of that side) is a disgrace as there are NEVER teams cleaning the rest of the pavement along the strret. Rubbish is blown into everyone's gardens and there is only one useable rubbish bin in the street anyway. Can you find out why the cleaning team is only clearing one small area instead of the entire street?

Have heard nothing in answer to my question and have still not seen the street cleaning team picking up rubbish on this side of the road.
