There is a couple male & female 40 -50 yrs. very insular couple, and behave oddly, she has red wiry hair. They are seen daily carry a supermarket bag and walking various locations from Llanishen village across common land behing Llanon Rd through to sainsburys and they were often in Cefn onn park, they put down handfuls of seed, bread and other foods. If you queythem she claims she is caring for squirrels. all that is happening is the seeds are seeding inapproporiate plants or going mouldy or being eaten by dogs and attracting rats and pidgeons in vast numbers. tis is a health risk to humans and dogs in the area aprt from damaging the natural habitat.
