Double Parking

This road has had new road markings outside the Fence Houses community centre. Going past there tonight, the new layby was full of cars and the opposite side of the road was full of cars. The new road markings seem to have caused an obstruction.I counted 42 cars parked on the road tonight.

Which incompetent person said this would be a good idea, I nearly had an accident on this road due to the stupid road markings, It's another just a problem created by you the council. Well done.
