SIGNS HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE WARNING OF FINES FOR FOULING HOWEVER IT IS NOT BEING ENFORCED IN FACT PEOPLE ARE BRINGING THEIR DOGS IN VEHICLES FROM OUTSIDE THE AREA SOMETIMES TWICE A DAY!
