Blocked Pavement

The Budgens shop by Brighton station leaves its trollies outside its doors all day long. This makes the already tight pavement even harder to negotiate. It is impossible for disabled users to utilise this side of the road because there are also bikes always tied to the railings due to a lack of adquate provisions. Budgens should be instructed to move their trollies INSIDE the shop at at least off the street to enable disabled users to use the pathway. If pictures are needed I am happy to supply them.

The council got back to me passing the buck from department to department. They told me finally to contact one department which had an incorrect telephone number and an email address that doesnt work so STILL the problem exists.
