Bins Always Overflowing

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category by Julian Mummery at 13:14, Thu 18 September 2008
Sent to Adur District Council 1 minute later

There are not enough bins here for the local residents. As a result rubbish just gets left on the floor, as of late I have noticed lots of dirty nappies lying around. They need at least 1 or 2 more big refuse bins and at least 3 or 3 more recycle wheelie bins.

This has been reported by the residents before, but nothing has been done about the issue. Maybe the wrong person was informed?

This could attract rats and be a potential health and hygiene issue.

This is around the back of Buckingham Street, Shoreham-by-Sea. Next to the garages.

Thanks

Mmmm, Adur council as usual are rubbish and have not responded to this! In fact it seems that anyone in particular that needs help gets ignored, unless its not hidden away out of site and effects the general population. Shame on you Adur council! Me thinks you need some young blood on your council, or someone that is not scared to get the job done when people have problems.
