Litter

I have just been along Silver Birch Close and picked up two bags of litter from the verges. Unfortunately, there is still litter I cannot reach, behind the fence opposite No. 2 Silver Birch Close. Would it please be possible for the council to pick up those bottles etc behind the fence to keep the area clean, as I believe the existing litter attracts others to dump theirs out of van and car windows as they drive past.
