Apostrophe Which Will Confuse Children

It's already confusing for children learning about apostrophes - but the one in this "THE SUN HAS GOT IT'S HAT ON" is doubly unnecessary - the title of the Gay/Butler song is "The Sun Has Got _His_ Hat On". Please fix what is otherwise a lovely addition to the area!

Yeah, ever since I read about this it irks me no end everytime I pass that signage. And it's STILL like that last I saw (Dec 2009).
So when I spotted this just now on twitter...
"Winters coming. Throw an apostrophe on the fire."
I thought about that wall.
