Landlord cars or relative cars very often blocking access to front door

Various cars obstructing decent access to front door and pathway leading to front door. We very often request landlord or his relatives to relocate cars so deliveries, taxi's, friend's or family vehicles can come close to property's front door. On occasions we have to walk sideways to get through the vehicles. We must squeeze by. It is virtually impossible to use child's push chair and must weave through the cars surrounding the door and obstructing the path. We seem blocked in. It is continuous, endless and rather ignorant and full of inequality. We have suffered for over six months.

What happens if there is an emergency at our house? The Emergency Response vehicles i.e ambulance, fire fighters, police couldnt get near our property without sourcing the car owners. It is on-going and never ending. Our child cannot play outside the front door. Our rights and quality of life is being abused.
