I havnt noticed that any action has been taken to remove litter from the hedgerows, infact Chorley BC have been undertaking some repairs to footpath/pavements and keep leaving cones plastic, containerts (20 gallon) thrown in the hedgerow and surrounding areas. Some of the problem could be caused by the developer Chelford Homes (its a new development) who have not finished landscaping and or the rail network services provider who dont clear the station approach.

The rubbish has not been moved and the offensive smell is stil there. The Contour Housing have not acted on the complaint. I can provide photos if I can e-mail address to send it to.
