Updates
I havnt noticed that any action has been taken to remove litter from the hedgerows, infact Chorley BC have been undertaking some repairs to footpath/pavements and keep leaving cones plastic, containerts (20 gallon) thrown in the hedgerow and surrounding areas. Some of the problem could be caused by the developer Chelford Homes (its a new development) who have not finished landscaping and or the rail network services provider who dont clear the station approach.
