Local residents are using open yard of empty house as a personal rubbish tip which is attracting vermin. The waste needs to be cleared and the building secured to stop this from happening again.

I am already awear of this property and Blyth Valley Council are taking steps to have the rubbish removed.

However i would like to advice you that this procedue can take up to 21days before the rubbish may be removed.
