Blocked Gully

This gully about 200 meters from the village 'Gates' going towards Berkhamsted has been blocked on many accasions. It should be checked regularly as after rain it floods right across the road and at night is very dangerous.

This has not be attended to, we had heavy rain yesterday and the road was once again flooded. Nothing has been done since September 2008. Can the council do something as we do not pay council tax for such ineffiency.
