...graffiti on the brick wall which leads up to Chalk Hill properties 1-11. Its not surprising that people vandalize around the area, because the whole area looks over grown and untidy. Public bodies who are in charge of the greenery cutting, the weeding and path ways and the main road maintainance do not do there job. Its is not only the council, but also paradigm housing. It attracts pests, as well as jobs who think they can set their stamp around the area too. It is also full of litter.

I am not sure about the grafitty to be honest. However the pavement on the main Chalk Hill road is barely usable, as it is still extremely overgrown.
