On the marked area there are abandoned mattresses overgrown hedges and a deep gully. This area is a breeding ground for rats and mice who I frequently see in my Garden and also in neighbours properties. I have had to call out the council rodent man on three occasions, the last time when rats invaded my Kitchen. Neighbours report that they have on many occasions phoned the council about this problem but to no avail.

This problem still exists. A new old mattress has now appeared at the spot, and rats still seen in gardens adjacent
