Too much pooh

There are trees outside our flats, and on carholme road on the pavements, they are surrounded by small square areas of soil which dogs pooh on. Ive repotred this before, its very simple, either get rid of the trees or get rid of teh soil by fencing it off. The prob is that whgen u get out your cars at night you cant see the pooh and thus ends up under foot. If no one does anythi ng about this I will deal with it myslelf
