The business in Mandalay House, 1 Royal Stuart Lane, CF10 5EL has marked out parking spaces on the road and painted the kerb illegally on a public highway. They abuse anyone who parks outside their offices on the street verbally and with notes stuck to windscreens. The driveway entrance is the only bit of the road that should not be parked on.
