Homes built in garden of No 34 Woolstone Rd

I have noticed that the house at 34 has a back addition built, has been converted into flats and has several one storey dwellings built in the garden. Has this been given planning permission? Also i now see the next door property,No 32, is building a back addition- i have seen no notice of application for planning permission?? COnnected-??
