The site has been inspected and has been seen as secure so no Dangerous structure notice was served. It has however been passed to building control to see if any remedial action can be taken. If it gets worse I can ask for a new survey to be undertaken to see if it is dangerous.

This bush is dangerously over hanging the pubic highway. Lorries and Trucks are hitting the branches and causing damage to vehicles and the bush branches are then been thrown across street. As mentioned before this is right next to Chill Primary School. This should have been picked up on first inspection. Poor quaity service.

As mentioned in Feb the site has been inspected, and can be re inspected if it has become worse. I will ask the council to re inspect.

Haven’t you looked at the new photo showing tree parts and whole branches strewn across the road? Are you saying this requires further investigation? This is photographic proof this is a danger to the highway. Do your job please.
