Signs such as these may or may not require consent and if they do may be the responsibility of either the District Council or the County Council. The area will be checked and the matter dealt with as required.

No response from Council

The Playgroup was unaware that this was an issue. The posters have now been removed. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience.
